The homes under construction at The Chocolate Factory range from 1 bedroom apartments available on a shared ownership basis, to 4 bedroom houses with garages. We have just released the prices for the first seven  3 bedroom houses along Co-Operation Road. These will be available to reserve through Savills and CJ Hole.

Later this Spring we will release the larger 3 and 4 bedroom house that all have private car ports and gardens, and roof terraces to the four bedroom properties. In the summer we will release the one and two bedroom apartments, many of which have far reaching views across Bristol. The 3 bedroom townhouses, converted from the original factory building, will follow later in the year as will the houses with garages that adjoin the Bristol and Bath Railway Path.

We chose to partner with Abri Housing Group to deliver 36 shared ownership apartments. The first 8 of these in Kernal Point were sold at the end of last year and the next 10, in Kibbling House, will be available in early February with prices from £86,000 for a 40% share of the property. You can register your details with us and they will be passed to CJ Hole who will send out the information when its ready.
