80% of the houses on the first phase of the development are now sold and we only have a handful of 3 & 4 bedroom homes left. Our new build houses have generous living space, a roof terrace and a south facing patio looking out over the Bristol & Bath Railway Path, as well as a garage with an electric vehicle charging point and tap to wash off those muddy bikes.
In addition to theses new homes The Elizabeth Collection and The Shaw Collection are a mix of 3 & 4 bedroom homes created from the old Victorian chocolate factory. The high ceilings are showcased by large Heritage windows that let light flood in and maximise the sense of space. No two properties are quite the same in this historic building and they lend themselves equally well to live / work as they do to family living.
Greenbank is the hidden gem of East Bristol. What at first appears tranquil and leafy comes alive when you being to explore. The bustling high streets of St Marks Road and Church Road, and the green spaces in St George Park, Greenbank Cemetary and Royate Hill Nature Reserve are all on your doorstep. A wealth of independent cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops are nestled amongst the Victorian rooftops waiting to be discovered. Sustainable transport routes give you a path to Temple Meads in 15 minutes and UWE Frenchay Campus in 20 minutes. Its a little known fact that living at The Chocolate Factory is actually closer to Wapping Wharf than if you lived in Clifton Village. You can read what made one of our residents choose BS5 over BS8 here.
We would love to show you around and you can visit the development between 10am and 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Our visitor centre is located in the building previously used as the chocolate factory’s administration building, and here you can learn about the future plans for the scheme, the houses on offer and the community and neighbourhood within which it sits.
